We have Maruse Livestock Breeding’s beef from the Kobe female cow Co-op on June 24th. The beef has been matured for 2 months and is now in excellent condition.
Compared to the extremely sophisticated beef tallow of the previous one-cow purchase, for this time, the richness, savoring and flavor of the beef is much more standing out this time.
This is one of the most precious beef in Japan.
We plan to use this beef slowly toward the end of the year, so we are currently serving this beef to customers who visit our restaurant for now. We will purchase a new cow in next month, so we would like to serve that usually from next month.

We are very grateful that we can offer this quality of beef in our hometown Kobe, and can get the order from our customers.
[Notice of Temporary Closure]
We will be closed on Monday, August 26th and 25th to prepare meat for the Tajima Beef Association in Tokyo.
I will be bringing a last cut of 6 month aged Harutsuru rib roast from Maruse Livestock Breeders. I trimmed and checked it yesterday, and I can say that it is one of the ultimate meat.
We will be closed for two days due to our busy schedule.

In September, we will be open for lunch only on Saturdays. If you have been to our restaurant within the past 6 months, you can eat a la carte menu at lunch time.

We currently have available reservations in September, but more days in October are filling up than usual.
We have already received reservations for some days in December.

We are planning to prepare roast beef again this year.
